What records are you breaking in February? (3 mins)

Even if you don't want to break a record, you want to make progress. You want to move from phase 1 to phase 1b or 2. You don't want to be stuck.

That's a good nudge, but how do you close the gap from point A to point B?

No fruitless effort this year. Everything you do multiplies.

In the previous episode, we talked about Uncle Jo as a teenager who experienced rejections.

Today, we'll read a story about him in his 30s. When we're done, we'll redirect to crafting the story people will tell about you. Is that a good idea?

Short story

Uncle Jo had a grace of visibility everywhere he went. He always had a skill someone needed. During his season as a slave, he was wrongly accused by his boss's wife and that landed him in prison. In the prison, he became visible because of his skill of interpreting dreams. But, he was forgotten by those he helped.

The Head of state had 2 dreams and he called for help. But there was no one as intelligent and wise to interpret what he narrated. Suddenly, the Chief of staff who had benefited from Uncle Jo in the prison, spoke up. He advocated for Uncle Jo's skill as a unique value and the Head of state sent for him at once.

When Uncle Jo got to him, he acknowledged God as the giver of good gifts and interpreted the dream. It was this problem no one could solve that completed the grass to grace story of Uncle Jo in the land.

He narrated steps, plans, systems to break a world record during a tough season. And that's why people will say Uncle Jo went from pit to prison and to palace.

You already have the ideas and the world is waiting for you to break the record.

The world waited for Shakespeare. He gave them the gift of literature. But he wasn't the only one who gave the world such gift.

If there's a predecessor, you can be the successor.

Whatever will benefit the world cannot be designed/executed by one man. It's time to find your Dream Circle or Transformation Triangle.

God, thank you for the good gifts you've given to me. There are problems arising in my industry, in my nation and I know that you'll open the hearts of men to identify me as the intelligent and wise one to solve that problem or refine the solution.

I'm grateful for your grace of preparation to fill me with the spirit of God in wisdom and skill, in understanding and intelligence, in knowledge and all kinds of craftsmanship. Help my heart to work well with the gift of people you've surrounded me with in Jesus name. Amen.
